Saint Michael the Archangel,

defend us in battle;

be our defense against

the wickedness and snares

of the devil.

May God rebuke him,

We humbly pray; and do thou,

O Prince of the heavenly host,

by the power of God,

thrust into hell Satan

and the other evil spirits

who prowl about the world

for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

 

 

     The foyer of St. Michael’s church is graced by the presence of the statue of St. Michael the Archangel, our patron saint. Through the generosity of benefactors, Beatrice and Clarence Jurgensmeier and the talents of artist Herb Mignery, this statue was dedicated September 28, 1977. This beautiful work of art is our reminder of our patron saint and the strength St. Michael gives to all through prayer and divine intervention.
